Adopt a Planter Scheme

Helsby Parish Council has almost 30 planters located throughout the village.  Back in 2009, we launched the Adopt a Planter scheme for keen amateur gardeners, local residents, groups and businesses.  It has proved to be a great success with lots of beautiful vibrant and colourful flowers in abundance each year.

Adopters are each allocated their own planter which they can fill with plants of their choice during the summer months.  The parish council supplies all adopters with compost and winter bedding plants during the colder months.
